Default Or, If you are cheap like me

I found some take off hooks here on the classifieds. Then I bought class 8 bolts and nuts at a hardware store for a couple bucks then just cut holes and mounted the hooks. Cost was around $50.

Looks ok (to me)

That would be fine. But the FX2 has painted lower valance pieces.

just out of curiosity do the 2wd trucks come with a skid for the EPAS? I just replaced mine with an RCI skid, but wasn't sure if the stock EPAS skid had any use to anyone?

Id like to do away with the painted pieces for two reasons. Make
Front look higher and not having to worry about paint chips.

I would have to guess no they don't. I can look under my truck and see straight to the engine bay.

i wasn't sure, the instructions from RCI say to remove the stock EPAS plate if it is there. My 4x4 didn't come with skids, but being a 4x4 did have a small plate to protect the expensive EPAS. No reason to hang onto it if there's any value

Again I'd like to thank you for posting this. I have been saying from day one id like to swap to the FX4 front end and never dreamed it was this cheap. I ordered the parts today. Hoping by next Monday or Tuesday I'll have everything swapped over and the truck washed. I'll be sure to post pics of it, should compliment my new 6 bar grill nicely!!
