Running 275x65r20 10-ply Toyo ATII's with 44 lbs front and 42 rear. Saw a 1 or 2 mpg decrease but installation coincided with a switch to winter blend fuel. Honestly I believe 1 mpg decrease is accurate but well worth the change to E-rated tires and much better mud/snow capabilities.

Mine ride best at 35, but probably wear best around 50. I lost MPG, but I put on same time as tune, so not too sure? I think I'm gonna bump mine to around 45 to test.

I usually run my LT tires at 42 to 44psi cold...tires I have now are Nitto Terra's with 23k miles on them and look only about 1/3 worn. BFG's, Toyo or Nitto's have been giving me exceptional mileage using these psi figures...compromise between ride and fuel mileage. Hauling or towing anything heavy I up the pressure according to weight.

I have 305 65 18 BFG AT's and I run them at 42 all the way around. I have 12,000 miles on them and they still look new

As for mpg, I suggest u find a different tire that isn't E rated. I lost about 3 mpg (maybe more) with mine. I love these tires but if I knew this originally, I would have opted for a lighter tire.
I have looked at countless tire manufacturers and can not find much in a P rated tire that is a inch or so over stock. It seems there are several options if you go to a 20" rim. I would like to go to a LT tire I just don't want to give up the MPG.

Thanks for all your input fellas and again I didn't mean to hijack the thread.

Default Load range E

Picked up my F150 with 6 miles on the odometer. The very next day, my TPMS came on telling me the pressure was low. I checked it and all 4 tires had 40psi in them. I jacked them up to 60psi all around. No problem since.

When I had mine installed, had them at 40 but I bumped them up to 50 about a month ago.

Yes I do but unfortunately ever LT tire I've found that's comparable in size is 10 E rated. Id like to go an inch bigger and stay with the 18's but I'm thinking that isn't possible.

definately lost a mpg or 2. 275/70/18 running 50lbs all four. Noticably rougher ride. But the speedo is now bang on per roadside radar sign and gps. Removed the LTs and put on P275/65/18 winters, amazing ride difference. Once the Lts wear out prolly go back to the P for better ride. And yes I tow 5000lb TT and regularly have heavy loads in back, never had a issue with the P just wanted bigger tire...
