Default Those running a 4" lift - tire ??

For those running a 4" life - what tire size is "safe" as I prefer not to trim anything. I have 305/50/20's (2011 FX4) now with the Bilstein level but going to install a 4" lift soon. I'm sure these tires will be too small.

Just wanting some recommendations as actual tire size to look for. 34"? LT?

TIA.

All depends on wheel offset more than anything. You may have to trim a little with wheel in the -24 to -44 range. Anything -12 and up to the plus side should fit fine with no issues. I run a 35x12.50 on a 20x10 -24 and didn't have to trim anything with a Rancho 4" lift.

I guess I should have mentioned that. I have 20x9 Fuel Vapor wheels with a +20mm offset.

This is your 2nd post asking the exact same thing, did you know experts have defined insanity as *doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results*.

Things that make some go hmmmmmmmm.

It's all wheel size dependent. A 20x9 should be fine , 20x10 or bigger with a negative offset, plan on trimming a little. I had to trim bumper plastic and inner fender liner with my set up. And I still rub if I hit a bump/drive way to fast with the wheel turned just right on my set up.

Sizes that should fit and should look good:
35x12.5" R20
295/60/20
295/65/20
325/60/20 if you wanted to go a bit wider.
