I just went from 265/70/17 to 275/70/18 yesterday. My speedo was off 2 mph.

About 2-3mph at most I think is what it was. It's only an inch bigger than stock.

At 60 mph you will be traveling at about 62.4. This has been verified by math and radar. At 35 mph radar barely reads 36. I have the same tires on my stock wheels.

Best regards.

Math question, I normally cruise at 75mph, how fast will I really be going? The dealer can make some fine adjustments to the computer that may fix it. But I'd like to know just in case. Lol

My math may be off, but I would bet between 73-74.
