Mine go all the way to the sill and over the sill in my 2010....no sill carpet can even be seen.
The Digital fit. They fit up against the door snuggly and do a great job, they just leave the thin strip of carpet that runs between the seat and the door jam exposed. I've never seen one that DOES cover it, just wish it were possible. All in all I'm VERY pleased with my Weathertechs, didn't mean to mislead.

I have had those Wade/Westin mats for over a year and thay are great. They go all the way across the door sill unlike the Weathertechs

Oh, gotcha, yeah they don't cover next to the seat but i don't notice any moisture getting on that carpet.

I have a 2011 SCREW and ordered the 2010 DigitalFit Weathertech's for front & rear -- you'll want to specify the "dual floor post" since the drivers side has two posts (changed sometime during 2010).

My truck has dual retention posts but I bought single retention Weathertech liners and you can't even tell that there is a post under the side without the hole.
