Talking Thank You Ford

Good bye 3.5 Ecoboost, hello 5.0 V8. So glad to be rid of my headache '14 eco and be into a '16 5.0. Couldn't drive 500 miles without it being way high on the stick and 4 to 6% fuel dilution. Dealer tried everything they could without solution. Ford has totally restored my faith in them by repurchasing my truck. Thank you.

Glad to hear Ford stepped up and made you confident in their trucks again. I don't bash anyone's decision on a motor, but I can say I've been happy with my choice. I like my 5.0 and have been working on getting my truck to where I want it. I have put my own spin on it with the mods I've done. Another satisfied Ford owner.

That's great to hear. Probably aggravating as hell, during the whole thing, but glad it worked out.

Careful, this is going to going make nassty very upset and you don't want that
In all seriousness, its great to hear a positive story about a dealership for once.

dude doesn't get mad when someone has a legitimate issue, he just doesn't like ppl spreading misinformation or associating isolated problems with all Eco engines.

Oh, you mean like exactly what he does to the 5.0? Lol.
And he sure got mad in that one EB problem thread where he injected the 5.0 into the discussion out of nowhere just so he could bash it. No one was even bashing the EB in that thread. They were having a mature discussion until he came in, called someone a "hater" for no valid reason and stunk it up completely. It was uncalled for, unless you're in jr. high...
