A big thank you to everyone on this forum. Thanks for all the posts which have kept me up for the past month reading on my computer and iPhone. Because of the forum I zeroed in on the truck, the options, the deal and now can start on the accessories!
I brought her home tonight, a 2010 lariat in Candy Red Metallic with 3.55 axle, chrome pkg, lariat plus pkg, moonroof, 20" chrome wheels, sony stereo, and captains chairs. I dropped my wife off at the door of the drugstore on the way home and a woman stopped in front of us in the crosswalk... walking into the store she told my wife she just had to stop and get a good look at "that pretty truck."
For those interested, this was an X-plan purchase. MSRP $46,750, X-Plan price was $42,587. I used incentives you all know for $4,500 (incentive number 11836,11842, & 11856) and then a "new" $1,000 in trade in incentives which were supposedly released on 12/17/2010 for X-plan purchases (32352). Total incentives and rebates were $5,500.
The dealer added bedliner, mudguards, and bugshield for $250. All in all, this was a great deal..even if it did take two months to develop.
So thanks again...now if someone can just find 20% off on a Bakflip F1!

that is purty! I have a black one. Ive got a buddy who has a Waldoc edition one, not sure what red his is, but it looks different than yours. I wasnt too fond of the blue ones when they first came out but the more I see them the more I like them!
