I was joking... My point being it's as ugly as a Chinese knock off. And another attempt to copy the F150.

At least Ford was able to sue for copyright infringement on that Chinese knockoff of the F150, and get them to stop producing it...no such luck with the Toyota interior, I fear.

This is very true! And... I may get flamed for this, but I am going to give the tundra a strong look next time. Unless Ford finds a way to fix their ePOS steering system. What a joke. My truck hasn't been terrible otherwise though, just some minor sync issues, burning oil, and rattling door panels. Otherwise truck looks great and has good power.

Have you seen the Chinese attempts to enter the American market? They're the butt of many jokes at the Detroit auto show

But the Chinese are smart. All the major auto companies want a bigger share of the Chinese market resulting in technology transfer. It's just a matter of time before name brand cars will be built in China and shipped here.

Honda Fits that go to Canada are made in China but that will stop when their plant in Mexico is built next year. China is struggling to fill their domestic orders so it will be a while before they really make a push for North America.

That^ and their labor cost is going up as well as freight costs. It's not as cheap to build in China and ship to the US as it used to be.

I'm having the steering column issue as well. A brand new truck shouldn't have a steering wheel that knocks and shakes.
