Great to hear. Your rates did not increase, right?

Glad to read that everyone is safe and that the insurance company came good.

Good Luck with the new truck!

I'm glad to hear your okay and insurance company took care of you! I hope you enjoy your new truck. Ironically enough when I got in my accident earlier this year it was because a green ford escort sedan blew the red light at 60mph and luckily only hit the very back of my truck. Had he t-boned me like your incident it would have been a lot worse.

Thankfully our trucks really are built "ford tough" and can take a beating while protecting those inside. My wife and I have our f150 and a ford fusion. I tell her I would rather her drive the truck because I feel she is safer in it.

thats a bad intersection to begin with though not as bad as that corner on ospika, i feel for the pour bugger that owns the house with all the rocks infront of it. not sure if you remember but the nechako foot hills one used to have a collision every day or so before the lights went in. hope you enjoy the new ride.

Lol, yeah I'm pretty familiar with those spots...
You need a crane permanently mounted on the Ospika corner to pluck the trucks out of the second story of the house there, like a F1 circuit.
Thanks to all the well wishes everyone!
All is good here now.
I am trying private insurance this time and saving a fair bit of money.
I never had any increases as I was totally cleared of any fault.
Now to just avoid those new vehicle dent magnets that seek out shiny new paint every time you park...
