The more I talk about them, the more I'm selling myself on the 250 lol
275/65r20's. 34"x11". Nope 35's won't change the feel or ride much at all. And even if you don't get it with the 20" rims from the factory. The 35's will still fit without a lift on a set of after market rims with the same offset.

Actually you may want to set them an 3/4 to 1 inch more out board as the 35's have about an 1.5" more width.

Yeah the 250's will fit 35's stock, the issue is the width. That's another plus to buying the powerstroke. Unmatched power and fuel economy, and cost next to nothing to lift. Sure, you can level a 150 and put nice rims and tires on it, but you'll feel the tires..and you'll see it with the fuel guage whereas you won't even notice them on the powerstroke

Either a gigolo or a government worker! Couldn't resist.

1. The 250's have the shifter on the column on all models. The premium F150's only have them down in the console - arrggh.
I wanted a F-250, but really don't need it. So between the wife and a buddy with a diesel they talked me out. Wife is real sensitive to the odor and she didn't like the added vibration of the diesel. Had her sit in one to try to see if I could talk her into.
2. The 250's are a bit wider.
3. I think you can get a split bench type setup with heated and cooled seats, I don't like my center console. My dog rides with me quite often and he has to ride in the back now cause he can't get comfortable in the front seat with the center console in the way. That 2013 250 platinum does look sharp.

My next truck will likely be a F250, but hopefully in a gas model as I have to agree with emissions, maintenance costs and driving my truck with the family I'd rather have a gas model. My buddy told me with I think pushing 400K on his duramax that the truck is falling apart around the engine. Might as well get a gas rig and just get rid of it around 200K. I like doing some of my own maintenance, but I do hate dealing with even 6 qts of used oil.
If it were just me I would've likely had a diesel. My truck though is getting better, a few more mods and short of the shifter on the console I will have it setup almost the way I want it.

Why would you get a f250 with the 6.2L gas engine when it has less horsepower and torque than a f150 6.2L???

Because of the reasons listed above. Also I am thinking future, so who knows what engine will be in the 250's when I go to buy again. Who knows maybe the Eco will be in the 250...

Nothing beats a F250 with the Powerstroke Diesel. That thing is a torque monster.

There's something really satisfying about launching a diesel vehicle at a green light and getting pushed back into your seat and looking in your rear view mirror and seeing that idiot who rode your bumper in a convertible, getting covered in soot and smoke.

I've never had any of my diesels accelerate as well a my limited 0-60 or 1/4 mile. I had a +325 tune on my f450 and it couldn't touch my limited. ( Might have been the 3k# difference in curb weight ) but my limited doesn't pull a 12k# trailer like its not even there and take 10% grades while hauling it at 70+ mph like my 450.

But I agree the diesel just accelerates so effortlessly unlike a gas motor that needs to rev to 6k and make all kind of noise just to see that kinda power.
