I can get KO2s in the right size on tire rack for like $196 a piece, which is not bad.... There seem to be a lot of negative reviews regarding the tread life, how are they holding up? Also, how's the traction with your 2wd in wet/muddy conditions with them? If you have any experience.

Only have about 5000 miles on them so far and all concrete and asphalt. They seem to stick pretty good in the rain unless I pull away from a stop while making a turn then one of them will break loose. Open differential and custom tune I think are mostly to blame for that, taking off straight they hold good.

EDIT: Today it was torrential rain with street flooding and they never got on top the water, they always push water away.

Thanks for the quick response. I can relate to the struggles with an open differential.

I pulled the trigger... went with the BFG KO2s. $783.88 through Tire Rack with free shipping, they should be here Tuesday. I'll post an update with before and after pictures when I get them installed. I appreciate everyone's input.

What size did you go with ?

I just bought (4) of the same tire and paid a whole lot more than you did.

Yeah size definitely makes a difference in price, I paid over $300 each for mine. 35x12.50x18 E.
