Hello everyone my sync in my 2012 F150 started acting like my wife and stopped listening to my commands lol. No but seriously when I try to give it a command to go To Bluetooth audio or anything else it doesn't seem to hear me and doesn't respond. It just started 2 days ago out of the blue. Any suggestions on what could be wrong and fixes? Thanks ahead of time!

 

Mic most likely went bad, mine did the same thing a few weeks back. Dealer ordered new mic and installed, problem fixed.

 

I live on an island without a Ford dealership so I'm probably going to have to do it myself hopefully it's not too hard. To YouTube I go.

 

Hi Everyone, my sync stopped responding to commands, could manually work but not voice activate.
This is what I did to resolve got the manual out to find out where the fuse was for Sync. On mine location #2 top left 1.5 amp, pulled it out with tool on fuse sbox for thirty (30) seconds so it could reset when I put back in. Put back after a little fumbling, so put something under to catch in the event it drops. Started truck and now works. I'm a happy camper & saved a trip to the dealer.
