SYNC wont update any suggestions?
I have a 2012 f150 platinum with sync 4.1 I tried to update it and tried everything, changing format to ex from 32, downloading different versions, using a 4gb, 16gb, and 32gb sd card. When I download from owner.ford I dont have this 'DONTINDX.MSA' file everybody else seems to have I have these, any suggestions would help this truck has been nothing but issues and its about to be traded for a Denali. Thanks

Make sure you unzip the folder, then copy to SD/USB. That should allow it to update. That was the one step I missed the first time I tried to unlock/add navigation to my 14. Hope this helps.
