So if your trying to copy stuff from Itunes from a few years ago you'll have to convert it to another format if you can or re-download hopefully from another source. Been using Amazon Music lately and it is every bit as good if not better than Itunes, so far so good. Haven't encountered any copy / transferable protected music yet.
No matter where I get my music, if it's not in 320K MP3, I rip it and stash the old files. I had this issue over the years with itunes and a few others, so I started dealing with it via ripping. Virtual-cd can save you some plastic...rip to iso, mount rip to MP3.

Default SYNC 3 USB issue

Hello,

I had an issue with USB sticks not working in the Sync 3 system. It appears as thought there might be hardware compatability issues. I made a video outlining an issue I had.. hope it helps

Hi robert999,

Is the USB formatted to FAT32? Also, I recommend checking the file names because the supported music file types are .mp3, .wma, .wav, and .aac. Keep me posted!

Hi robert999,

Are the music files matching the supported ones that Cara listed? If so, what happens exactly when you try to use the SYNC media option? Are you using the voice commands?
