Ford - is there an ETA yet? Have you at least identified the problem? If so, what is the issue? This is getting pretty frustrating.

Yes, I had the same issue and the same results on my 2013.

I gave up for a while then decided to try a new flash drive and could no longer find the zip file. Fun times as according to Tech help you cannot download the update again once you have done it once. Stupidest thing I ever hear of so I said screw it I'll just have to do the master reboot three or four times a month until I go insane since there seems to be no fix for any of these issues.

2014 non touch screen. Downloaded from ford owner no problem. Get it to try and install and then screen reads "installation failed" about 30 seconds into it. Says may not be enough room or it may not work with this version. Looks like 4.4 all over again, I had a case file with ford on 4.4 that was never followed up on and this looks to be the same all over again. As of right now, thumbs down

If you look back a few pages, you will see the video I uploaded of my truck doing pretty much the same thing. Just take it to the dealer if you want it updated. It was in and out, didn't even bother with paperwork.

If I had 4.4 I would have just left it, as it had the bluetooth media info show up on the screen, like song title and artist. But this truck was new to me, so it had not been updated at all, and it annoyed me.
