Your last response to me was "here is a CAS and someone from Ford will contact you". I'm a bit confused. I just need access to my download. Why would Ford contact me? Would it not be easier to send me a direct download link in my PM?

It's like an outdated obstacle course. No Mac's blah blah. A download link would be pretty cool. I mean it is the future.

Yup, I would love to try to install the update, but I can't even download it! I've been getting a lot of "voice playback for tracks are unavailable on this device" messages, then after that I get no audio at all from my USB. Sometimes, it carries over to bluetooth, sometimes not. I wanted the factory sync with nav so I didn't have to upgrade my head unit and kept all factory function, but it's beginning to look like it's time to drop some more money...
