Default Sync update service temporarily out of service

I have a 2012 platinum which has I believe an 8" screen. It has nav. For the last couple of days I see this on ford owners

but when I click on the update I see this

Do others see this? I want to make sure it's just not my computer or some weird internet browser error.

I just downloaded updates for both my vehicles with no issue.

Downloaded mine yesterday, though I will say that I had to use IE (?) to get it to work correctly.

Try a different browser or clear related cookies. Ford's site screws up often.

Hi Ssls6,

I responded to your post here: https://www.f150forum.com/f38/sync-u...9/#post5004670

My response is similar to what Spiky said. Check it out!

Neither of your suggestions work for me. I've cleared caches, tried safari, chrome, IE. Maybe my vehicle or something

Not sure what else I can try. I have a Sync/Nav system that current has DR3T-14D544-AF on it. It says I have an update but when I click the update button it says the system is down and contact Ford.

I tried 2 computers (a mac and a windows 7 machine), 3 browsers on each, cleared the cache for all three browsers. Glad it is working for some.
