I just updated my 2010 Sync and it went smoothly, however when I go to the Sync Wedsite to "Report a Successful Install" all I get is a window pop up that shows status bars like its doing something but I never get any confirmation.

Has anyone had this same issue? Is it that important? Ford Sync says its important but I have to wonder if it really is?

Any help would be great.
