Hi jknight,

Like MCDavis and Tothemax mentioned, the master reset is a great troubleshooting step that should resolve the PIN issue. Follow these steps: http://support.ford.com/sync-technol...ter-reset-sync

Let me know if you have any questions.

What are you having trouble with specifically, lariatpsd? Which system do you have: http://support.ford.com/sync-technol...r-sync-version

I have the nav radio. How do you get to the master reset? All I get is the factory default setting to appear. That didn't help my problem. I have an appointment at the dealer on Friday. It's still under warranty.

Here are the instructions for the navigation system: http://support.ford.com/sync-technol...ync-navigation

Once you're done performing the reset, follow these steps to pair the phone again: http://support.ford.com/sync-technol...ync-navigation

If you don’t see a button that says AUX, you can also press the hard PHONE button to access the same menu. Specific instructions for your 2012 F-150 can be found on page 156 of the Navigation System Supplement: http://www.fordservicecontent.com/Fo.../12ngnsn3e.pdf

In that case, I recommend scheduling an appointment with your dealership so they can look into this further.

I had the truck at the dealer this morning. It needs some kind of interface module. They had to order it. It should be fixed next week.
