I have the nav radio. How do you get to the master reset? All I get is the factory default setting to appear. That didn't help my problem. I have an appointment at the dealer on Friday. It's still under warranty.

Where is the AUX button?

Kim, Thanks for the link. The problem is when I hit the advanced button on the screen there is nothing there.

In that case, I recommend scheduling an appointment with your dealership so they can look into this further.

I had the truck at the dealer this morning. It needs some kind of interface module. They had to order it. It should be fixed next week.
