Default Sync not working....

All of a sudden this morning I can't get Sync to respond nor any of my USB ports to get power... any suggestions or ideas why this might be an issue?

i remember when i put my exhaust on i unhooked the battery. after that nothing worked stereo sync nothing. i had to get the dealer to hook it up to thier computer and reset eveything. i think i remeber your battery was dead the other day so this could be your problem. unless i am thinking of another truck.

Try pulling the sync fuse to see if you can reset it yourself.

Where is it located at? I'm true I can look it up in the manual but maybe you can save me the hassle if you're familiar...

That's really weird. On Sunday, after coming back from Alaska, I had the exact issue. The whole thing went totally dead, only Sirius and radio would work (didn't try a CD).

I noticed that my phone connected to the truck, and then dropped the connection, saying "Connection to SYNC failed".

Once I restarted the truck it was back to normal.
