That's the culprit, King216! Looks like the built in extractor app isn't unzipping the files correctly on Macs. The one that runs by default is called Archive Utility. Try downloading it again. This time, click the zipped file and choose OPEN WITH STUFFLT EXPANDER. You can also try a third party extraction tool.

Default Sync Issues

Downloaded Stufflt Expander and this is what was in the unzipped folder after using stufflt expander.

Edit: I'm guessing the issue is that no matter what program I use, some of these files in the SyncMyRide colder are still zipped and need unzipped.

The items in the SyncMyRide folder should stay zipped. I think you should be fine now. Your screenshot shows all three items listed in the proper order. Try again and get back to me when you get a chance.

Sorry that this took longer than expected. I was out of town and didn't have a good time to try it again.

I finally got the update go install and work properly. However, now when I go back to the computer with the flash drive to upload that I've completed the update it says that the .XML file was not recognized.

Hey King216!

Are you still having issues confirming the update?

Hey guys,

What web browser are you using, and have you tried an alternate one?
