Default Sync issue - Voice control not available...

Anyone else encounter the 'voice control not available on the device' message when trying to play music from a USB device? It's been working fine for over a year now.

Also I have an issue when accessing the phonebook using the sync. It's an intermittent issue, I get a message like "requested contact is currently unavailable in the phonebook". One day it's fine and another day it isn't. I have a Galaxy S3.

The damn sync has worked fine since the last update and now this..

It may need to be rebooted. Either disconnect the battery or pull the fuse (#2 I think) to get it to turn off completely then reconnect the battery or fuse. I've had to do this a few time because sync wouldn't stop indexing my music.

Think I'll pull the fuse. Anyone know what the 'Master Reset' does in the menu?

My volume has quit working when i use the Nav or a text message comes in and will not work again until i turn off the truck and get back in. Also the voice function quits too
Extremely frustrating and not happy.

I pushed the master reset button and it restores settings to manufacturers default including all your driver options. It did Jack to solve the problem.

Let me know how you get on pulling the fuse, an easier solution might be just to put my fist through it, its been close.
