Default Sync and iphone help

I leave my Bluetooth on all the time on my iPhone so when I start the truck my phone automatically connects. The problem is my phone automatically starts playing music at the same time it knows it is connected. I can't hear it until I do the "Bluetooth audio" command. Nonetheless less music is still playing on my phone eating battery until I hit pause. Kind of annoying. Anyone have this issue? Any fixes?

I actually tried that. Still plays. I don't get it?

Any fix for this found yet? My iPhone is doing the same thing, even with auto play turned off in Sync.

I was having similar issues except it would happen when I plugged my phone into the USB port. I found a hard reset on the sync after I unpaired my phone fixed most issues especially after I update sync or my phone.

Hi BahrNone & mrv99,

Are you running the latest SYNC version available: https://owner.ford.com/tools/account...p-to-date.html

Are you having issues connecting your phone to SYNC? If so, which SYNC system do you have: http://owner.ford.com/how-tos/sync-t...c-version.html

Also, what type of phone are you using?

i have no issues connecting, i have a 14 F150 with no myford touch or my ford just sync, i have an iphone 6 my issue as well as others is when you connect to bluetooth audio, and then turn off and exit the vehicle and turn the vehicle back on it cycles back to sync line in. as a dealer employee its frustrating when i cant solve my own issue or my customers. according to oasis i am running version 4 gen 1

I have the same issue and don't like it. I have a 2009 Platinum and an iPhone 6s. Sync and iOS are up to date.
