SYNC Bluetooth
When I turn my truck on, it automatically pairs with my iPhone and starts playing music. Sometimes it will skip or play back very fast until I skip through a few tracks. Checked with the dealer and they just wrote it off as normal.
Also, the guy I talked to was not actually a Ford tech. The dealer has an
independent guy come in and do all their radio work. Is this normal?

what version of the iPhone?
I have no issues with my 3Gs
Just had to pair it, and then set it up as the default bluetooth device. I always play music off a USB thumb drive anyway, because constant bluetooth streaming will just run the iPhone's battery down, and the sound quality is very good...
But when I turn the key in mine, it goes right to the USB (well, sometimes for some reason it switches over to the radio...)
