sync app?

My 2011 was last updated by the dealer when i brought the truck just over a year ago. is there some phone app i should download to make sure i have the most updated version?

Ford rarely if ever makes Sync updates even though the underlying ARM powered single board computers are essentially unchanged in newer model years.

Check Syncmyride.com it has all the latest info on updates!
