Just checked for my 13 and yes finally an update. Bluetooth reconnects when I start the truck and continues to play where it left off. Make sure to wait til second complete, takes about 11 mins first complete comes about 2 mins second at 11.
You will have to repair your phone as it does a mater reset no phones saved.

Nice thanks for the heads up. I just checked syncmyride and my 2010 basic sync has an update. It says it adds applink to it mine didn't have that before. I know what I'm doing after work tomorrow.

Finally done.
It's a little different from what the Ford Website directions say, since I don't have NAv and such, but I updated and confirmed. And I did have to reSync my phone.

I can't get the file to install. It starts to install and then says install failed. Weird. I'm using a clean 8gb stick. A Mac and I have an STX with basic radio. Any thoughts?

well I called, and while the guy was very nice, he was of no help at all. Tried 2 different brands and sizes of usb sticks. one was 8gb the other 16gb. both formatted fat32 files copied over in correct manner. Jesus I guess I have to once again go to the dealer and waste half a day. Love my truck but its so frustrating sometimes dealing with sync. Im really glad Ford decided to dump microsoft. of course that does nothing for us currently. but good news none the less.
