Ignore the hyper flash, I fixed that with load resistors.

Running lights are white, dtrl and turns are amber.

A thought I had would be to reverse the wires for turns and markers. Then when I dtrl and turn signals you would have the white, and when just running light you would be Amber. It would flash white. And dtrl white.
