Sway me on my Bilstein setting!
Going to put some 5100s on this weekend. I was pretty set on 1.5" but after some more measuring I'm stuck between that and 2.25"! At the time I'm not adding an AAL or bigger block and I do not want the nose to be high. Anyone else have Bilsteins set to the highest setting with no mods to the rear?

I have since changed out my rear blocks with 3"blocks, put some rake back in the truck but sits perfectly level when I have a load in bed. I have a load in the bed often so works out for me.
Long story short mine was pretty dead level.

This picture is before I replaced the rear blocks, it's on a sloped driveway though

I ran mine at 1.75 Second from the top. I've got 255/80/17's (33") on there and I like it. Stock in the rear. Very level, however I was flashing people with a heavy trailer load. I didn't go to 2.25 because I read that it really stiffens up at full lift. I'm going to get 35"s when these tires wear down and I'll crank them up to the 2.25 then. Good luck

If yours is a new-ish truck (<10,000mi), you might strongly consider the top setting, as the front springs will settle. When I had Bilsteins I set them at 1.5", and within about 6 months the rake was back
Now I have BOSS coilovers and I can adjust them any time I want

I went with the 3rd setting as well (1.5-1.75") and have a slight rake. Just put on 275/65/20 (34x11) tires and love it.
Havent had any rubbing issues yet, but if I do Ill raise the front a bit more. Grab the Lifetime Aligment from Firestone. Then you can adjust and get it aligned free

Thanks for the input fellas! Ended up going with my original plan and doing the 3rd notch. It ended up being about 1.75" for me also. I have just under 1/2 inch rake now. Now I just need to get these tires worn out so I can upgrade!
