If you watch the video closely you will notice the right wheel spins for 3 or 4 feet before the left wheel spins, in the mash the gas scenario it's not a big deal but in the scenario of trying to pull a trailer out of the yard without tearing up the grass or a slippery uphill driveway when trying to not spin any tires, well "spin control" is just not very effective. Limited slip (which I prefer)or locking differential is the way to go.
