Default Super cab room

Looking at trucks, 2013-14,and everyone tells me to get a Super Crew for the huge backseat but I have a hard time paying $5k more for all that space in the back. I also hunt a lot and feel like the short bed would limit my gear. I don't have kids but plan on it in the next couple of years. My question is, for the guys with Super cabs do you regret not getting the crew? How do car seats fit in the back? From the pictures it looks like there is the same amount of leg room in the back of a 2013 f150 Super cab as there is in my buddy's 2012 Silverado crew cab.

i don't regret it. my 4 wheeler fits alot better in a 6.5 foot box. and i never have anyone in the back. the fords have alot more room in the back then the chevys. i have 2 uncles and a brother in law with new chevys. they are amazed at the room in mine. not sure about it with kids though. i won't have any so it wasn't a factor.

Believe it or not, there is quite a bit of space in a super cab, and i have to agree much more room for my fourwheeler in the bed. but i do kind of regret not getting a super crew for that off chance i do have passangers.

Sold my 09 super cab and bought 14 supercrew.
Reason: 2 car seats for the grandkids, I don't like my knees touching the dash while driving. Go supercrew you won't regret it..
Look in my profile and look at the pics of my last 2 supercabs. an 08 and 09

I needed the 6.5ft bed and there's plenty of room in the super cab for my needs. Don't usually get complaints from people in the back.

I've got a son and carry plenty of stuff around. I bought a 2013 F150 XLT SuperCab back in November.

IMHO: Unless you have more than 2 kids, or are a BIG guy or have *A LOT* of stuff to carry around, you'll have more than enough room in the SuperCab. Even better if you have adjustable pedals.

I had a Scab and it was plenty of space for me and whoever was riding with me. I got tired of being a taxi and now have a regular cab. lol

I got the supercab for the 6.5ft bed but I wish I had gotten the supercrew. More cab room and I really do not like the doors on my supercrew. Its not a huge deal but just annoying to open the front doors and then the back to let people in and out of the cab if they are sitting in the back. In tight parking spaces its also difficult to maneuver the doors if I need to get in the back seat.

some screws have quite a bit lower payload... if that's important to you watch out.
