Anyone paint there fender trim on there fx4 to match the paint like on an fx2?

There any other way to do it?

I bought ptm flares off ebay. The stock flares are textured, there would be alot of sanding to get them smooth enough to paint.

Ptm flares are they like the painted stock ones?

Yeah they are takeoffs from fx2's or lariats that are smooth that people replaced with aftermarket ones.
