Stx owners, are you happy?

I'm happy with my 2014 Screw 5.0 STX. I like the black grill and I think the STX has nicer wheels than the XLT. Mine came with Equipment Group 201A and has most of the options I need. The only thing that bugs me about the STX is no cup holders in the arm-rest, I have to reach down to the cup holders under the jump seat.

I love my stx. I'm 19 and pay for all my own stuff, so the stx was the perfect fit for my price range. I work out of my truck 60+ hours a week, so I don't need the extensive options of the FX4. I love the vinyl floors because in the loggin industry you can't have carpet. Love the 5.0. Overall the perfect truck for me, and don't regret it one bit. (Disregard the screenshot, had to get a new phone and don't have any pictures of my truck on it yet.)

I am very happy with my 2013 RCSB 4x4 STX with 5.0 and 201a. I love having the vinyl floor and PTM bumpers but wish it had a center console or cup holders in the fold down jump seat.

Happy with mine. I have added stuff I wanted and don't have anything I don't need.
I really enjoy the vinyl floors, no carpet to worry about! Enjoy the color matched stuff also.

I would personally choose a 2014 stx over an xlt. The sport package is nice. 20" wheels, billet grille and a black cloth interior. You can even get a backup camera now. I wish this was available in 2011

I traded my 04 fx4 crew 2 weeks ago for a 2010 super cab stx. I loved my fx4 but it was becoming a money pit and was getting less and less reliable. Here a pic of my 04.
I have to say my stx is great so far. It has the 4.6l 3v with the six speed trans and man it drives really good, shifting is great and she feels more peppy than the 04 with the 5.4l. It doesn't have as many features as the old fx4 and going from a crew to a super cab kind of sucked but I'll never be back there. And my kids are young there's still plenty of room in the back. These trucks are great no matter what package you get. Here's a pic of my stx.

I like my 2013 STX 5.0 4x4. I added a center storage seat from XLT, tinted windows. The only other thing I must add is a back up camera. This truck is so much bigger then my 2002 Tundra that I can't see anything behind me when backing up. I liked the color matched exterior. It almost seems that you can get an XLT for just a little more and get these items included and you get power seats, nicer dash and rear window that opens. It's definitely a great value. Love the truck.

I currently have a 08 XLT without power seats or anything fancy, I mean I've added some things like tow mirrors and a few others so the new STX is like a new version of mine. And I live the vinyl flooring!

Like KBS, I think I prefer the STX over the XLT for 2014. And Ford did kinda solve the absence of cup holders if you get one with the "Sports Package" which really sets the truck up nicely. And as stated you can now get the reverse sensors, and a back-up camera on the STX for '14. The only thing I see missing is the 4" screen in the instrument cluster, or the little screen in the radio face, but those to me doesn't make a big difference. I know this sounds strange from a guy that owns a Platinum, but I do like the STX's this year.
