need help from you guys with a sunroof mod
so i started a thread before about going on a road trip in my ladys escape sunroof open the whole way at Highway speeds.... it was so quiet inside I couldn't hardly believe it so we got back and took my f150 for a road trip opened the sunroof and back window and it was so much louder wind was blowing her hair everywhere.... so I looked at her and this is what I found hers had cloth mesh that killed the wind. so what my plan is to find a ford or Lincoln moonroof with that attachment and the same or around the same width so I can install it in mine.... my sunroof measures 38.5 inches from track to track and hers is 30 inches so here is my question.... if any of you guys wives or lady friends or even your other vehicle is an edge or mkz or Explorer has a sunroof with that cloth mesh could you do me a huge favor and measure the width I woukd greatly appreciate it

EBay is full of stick on plastic sunroof visors that may do the same. Can't say for sure though.

When you open the moonroof on an F-150 there is a spring loaded bracket that pops up. When you pull it down the wind noise is reduced dramatically.
I used some JB Epoxy to keep the bracket down, but after a couple months the springs won and the epoxy let go.
There are two straps on either end of the bracket. If a hole was punched in those and then bolted down that could work to keep the bracket held down.
