Default Strange tire wear

Just Had these 295/60R20 nitto trail grapplers installed not even 900 miles again. Got an alignment from the installer and one from a Ford dealer. Just noticed today this strange wear ONLY on the passenger front tire. The tire pressure is the same in all tires at 45 psi. Could the alignment still be off? Or defective tire, it seems it is slightly wearing uneven and that scoring on the tread

Could be the tire rolling in the turns. Have you done a chalk test to determine optimal pressure?

I like 50-55psi in the fronts on my e rated tires.

x2 on rolling into turns. Any gravel/dirt roads? All front end components checked out?

Also agree...if you take sharp/high speed turns this can happen. So it depends if you drive rather aggressive or not.

Yes, all front end componets check out, have not done a chalk test. PSI is currently 45, should I increase it?

That type wear in 900 miles...passenger front only...I'm thinking you take a left turn onto a gravel or rough road fairly frequently?

Since the other tires do not have the same wear, I'd think that by rotating every 5k you'll be fine.

You could try increasing pressure a bit and see if that helps...but again, if only on one tire you may want to look at where you are driving as the culprit.

Sure looks like a turning issue to me. The tread is soft and getting tore up during turning.
