Default Steering wheel mounted radio control issue...

I have a 2014 XLT. Too often, when using the steering wheel mounted radio controls, when using the volume control it will instead change stations? Also, sometimes when using the station change arrow, it will go to previous preset instead of next preset and vice versa. Also, sometimes hitting the preset/station arrows it will go to sat radio? Any ideas?

Control module. $30 part. Easy to fix yourself.

Do you happen to know the part number or where I could pick one up?

Happened to be too, but only when it was warm outside. Change out the module on the steering wheel like the guy above says. Easy, youtube it, five minute fix.

I had the same problem on my 2010. Tried the switch pack first, but didn't seem to make a difference. Then I tried the clockspring. 99% better, but it did act up twice since I changed it. Here is a link to my thread:

My issues was with the steering wheel button, just make sure you're getting the right button for your truck as there are two.
