Black vs. Tuxedo Black
I'm looking at a couple of F150 Lariats. One is in Tuxedo Black (actually at the dealer) pale adobe interior. But it doesn't have the moonroof. Something on my want list. The other is dealer located with the moonroof, but black interior but just the Black color. All other options are pretty much the same. Not sure what to do. Haven't seen the plain Black. How does it look. Anyone have pics of the Black with black interior they could post up for me? Just looking for opinions.
Thanks

Get the plain black (unless you are a girl lol) The tuxedo black is just too glittery. But either way good luck keeping it clean looking. I always thought of a black vehicle as a part time job (keeping it clean) But they are beautiful when clean

I have the tuxedo but in your situation if it were me I'd rather have the black interior due to having kids,so I say plain, but I've gotten hella compliments on the tuxedo even some that asked did it come that way. You'll be happy either way. I try to wash my vehicles once a week so blacks no different to me than red or any other color, their all dirty after a week or so of driving.

One other question. The dealer told me that they don't install the moonroofs at the factory that the factory actually ships them off to someplace else to have them installed. Can anyone verify that?
I've thought about getting an after market moonroof installed in the one that doesn't have one. Any thoughts on that? Just tossing around different ideas.

I would recommend tuxedo black. 12 of my last 16 vehicles have been black and I still have 3 black vehicles. This includes my latest which is tuxedo black and 2 regular black vehicles. I find the tuxedo back to be lower maintanance than regular black. Tuxedo black doesn't show fine scratches and swirls as bad and looks better from a few feet away with a layer of dust on it.
