Been dealing with this for a while now on my 2014 Screw. Can't find the source but mine is rotational an the exact same symptoms as yours. I also have a clunk now that only happens when sitting and first driving.

I had the same problem over the summer. Cold truck, low speed, rotational, rear end, worse in corners. I never did track down the location. WD40 helped a bit, and undercoating has gotten rid of it.....for now

Mine was like a chirp. Mine was my tailgate. Where the metal latches hit the pegs. Also where it pivots on the bed frame. I hit mine with fluid film. Have to do it once or twice a year.

Oh also hit the metal cords that hold the tail gate up as well

Try removing the rotors and buff them up,might be rust or an edge on them.Mine does that too in the morning but after a 1000 mile high speed trip with a couple of higher speed stops it seems to have disappeared.

SOLVED!
I finally figured out what the squeak was! The sound got progressively worse over the last few weeks and basically was at the point of waking my neighbors up in the morning.

The park brake shoes were sticking on the rear passenger side of the truck. It would only do it at startup when the truck was cold. I released the brake from behind the rotor where there is a small rubber grommet. In behind the grommet is a star shaped wheel which you turn counter clockwise to loosen the brake. I backed this off one click and the problem seems to be gone. I would also suggest exercising the park brake regularly to avoid this.

Default Squeak in rear end at low speed when cold

My 2017 squeaks from the rear at low speed after sitting for several hours. The symptoms sound very similar to what you experienced. I’m going to attempt to post a video of the noise. Did yours sound like this?
