I use mine religiously on both my personal truck (F-150) and work van (E-150), in fact, more than I use the regular mirror. Proper outside rear view mirror adjustment, you would NOT see the side of your vehicle. Move it outward just past where you do see the side of your vehicle and you will be spot on. Up/down adjustment is personal preference.

Agree with what others have posted. I love having mine! It just comes down to proper adjustment and you should notice the benefit pretty quickly.

The convex mirror is awesome. Perfect size and convexity.

I agree with other posters too, I like mine a lot. I call that little convex a "spot mirror." As far as the passenger side goes, don't all cars have a convex mirror? Isn't that why that message is in the mirror "objects in mirror are closer than they appear"?

No definition needed. I like your word. I thought you very elegantly and efficiently stated how you feel about your mirror. And I happen to agree with you... perfect size and covexity!

Coming from a Super Duty, and driving a truck for a living...having a spot mirror only on my near side REALLY pisses me off.
