Default Splash guards/mud flaps

Does anybody here have the Ford OE mud flaps?

https://www.amazon.com/2005-2016-For...+splash+guards

My family just bought some property outside of town and I'll be building a house there soon, but there is a half mile gravel road to access the property. I want to protect my paint from chips and dents from the gravel. I'm looking at my options.

Lots of threads on here about mud guards. I like the Husky guards because they are a little wider. Block all of the water and mud from getting to the paint.

I just bought the Weathertech. They are the only no-drill set found.

Make sure you buy the correct set for your truck, with or without fender flares.

I like Duraflaps. A little pricey but they're nice! They're also no drill if you have factory fender flares. Not sure about without.

I got the WeatherTechs as well. They fit nicely and do their job. Definitely helped cut down on rocks being flung out. I installed wheel well liners at the same time and they helped cut down on all the noise from rocks too. When they'd hit the metal in the wheel well or wherever it landed it would make me cringe. The plastic wheel well liners definitely help cut down on the noise too.

Says those WeatherTech ones are for trucks with fender flares. Mine doesn't have them. I also wonder about the hard molded ones and whether they'd bottom out on the ground while offroad and break. Anybody have that issue?

There's another model for no flares.

Thanks for the link. I guess nobody had the Ford OE ones I posted? Everybody does the molded ones. I'll check them out.

I installed the Weathertechs as well. Pretty happy with them so far. Got them at Radco accessories store.
