Default Speedometer problems

I've asked this question before, but now I have more info and details.

For some reason, when I get to 35-40 mph, my speedometer will randomly shut off, and a wrench will appear on my display. If I pull over and turn the truck off and back on, it works fine until the next time, which is usually a day or two. Any ideas?

I have a 2011 f150 3.5l ecoboost.

Just the speedometer indicator or the complete instrument cluster?
Have you tried to check for any DTC codes?
