Default Speedometer Calibration

I have a 2009 Ford f150 that I just recently put 35in tires on. I need to know how to adjust the speedometer for the larger tire. Is there a way to re-calibrate the speedometer without a tuner? If not what is the best tuner? Would a Bully Dog 40410 Triple Dog GT 50 tuner work?

I am running the bully dog wasn't going to put in performance mode got it just for the speedo recalibration, but I ended up doing it with the 89 tune running 90 octane as there is no such thing as 91 octane in Alaska so can't do the 91 tune. I picked up almost 2 mpg and was able to enable my daytime running lights through the tuner .
