Default Spark Plug Change on 5.0 Lifted

As some of you know the early 5.0s are known to have gapping issues which causes pinging. I am thinking my plugs either need to be changed or re-gapped. For those of you with the 5.0 with gapping issues and lifts is it hard to do? I have the Rancho 4in and it seems it might be difficult to remove the plugs. Any tips or ideas on how to make it easier?
Any help will be appreciated.

On the 5.0 coyote it looks as though changing the plugs is a breeze as they are pretty accessible regardless of whether the truck is lifted or not.
Look at the plug location on the 99-03 lightning 5.4's. Those trucks are lowered and it's still an absolute nightmare changing the plugs on them. Layout matters more than vehicle height

6'2" here as well. It's weird talking to someone taller than me cause I'm used to physically looking down at (not on) people. When I have to look up it makes me uncomfortable because I'm not used to it.

I'm 6' 3" and changed the plugs in my '12 FX4 about 2 months ago. I'm not lifted but I did have to step on the drivers side front wheel to reach the back plugs on the drivers side, mainly for leverage. They really are pretty simple but you might need a step stool.
