Sony Head Unit and Premium Head Unit

Does anybody know what the difference between the premium 6 cd head unit and the sony non-navigation 6 cd head unit is?

Yeah, the premium six cd unit has navagation:D I just had to make the wisecrack. Don't have a clue about the difference.
