I was at the local dealer today getting the first oil change on my 2013. Sitting on the showroom floor was a 2013 Lariat EB screw. Next to the window sticker was a dealer add-on price increase OVER MSRP of $2300. That's right. With a straight face apparently they are pretending that this mass-produced heavily discounted vehicle, which by the way is already a year old given the 2014s are in transit, marked UP by over $2 grand. Do they think we are that stupid? Or are there really people out there paying over MSRP for these vehicles.

We swapped a truck in from another dealer that had a list of dealer installed options on the window. Pin striping ( tape kind that looks like crap) $650. Boost bars $650. Running boards $850. Interior cloth protection $650. Exterior paint protection $650. Anyone that pays these prices needs a smack upside the head.
