The trip went well. Very nice riding truck. Great power to pass and set on 75mph with the cruise control rolls along in OD. The truck bed and back seat are loaded with your typical vacation stuff. Nothing real heavy but full.
Total mileage on the truck now is 1973. Average MPG according to the dash is 16.8 mpg. That number climbed steadily from VA to Florida. It was between 17 and 18 for a short time the closer I got to Florida. With local driving now it has dropped back.
I set the tripometer when I left Buffalo. I have gone 1418 miles total since I left. I drove to VA and stayed 3 days and then from there to Daytona Beach. Average MPG for that mileage is 17.6.
