Solo Performance = Awesome Customer Service!
Recently purchased a used Solo Performance MR400 4" system for Dad's 5.0 truck. He decided the MR400 was simply too loud for his taste, and he didn't want to go with a dual system.
So, I contacted Jeff at Solo directly and asked what he thought about swapping the MR400 for a Mach 46 (which is what I did when I ordered my Solo system for my Ecoboost).
I had to leave him a message, but he called me back later that evening. We discussed and decided the Mach 46 was the way to go.
He gave us a great deal, included two new clamps, threw in a shirt, license plate frame, some stickers and got it to us very quickly.
I had to call him back with an additional question once the replacement muffler arrived, but once again, he got right back to me.
Kudos to Solo for customer service the way it should be.
Yes, I know, that's what ANY company is supposed to do. However, we too often hear of only the bad with "X" company. I figured we should occasionally hear of the good as well.

I too had excellent customer service from them. I installed the dual exhaust, and was bit too loud for me when pulling my trailer. I called them and the suggested installing a Q/R resonator to tone it down a bit. They gave me a great deal on it, It asounds awsome, great folks to deal with. Highly recommeded!

Im looking at getting the dual left & right side exhaust and the dual tips from them, what kind of price did you guys get?

There's one side of my sweeeeeet Solo Mach X Dual system. Great company to deal with and a great product as well. Highly recommend them.
