That sucks. I would contact Ford. Something may have gotten corrupted.

Try a hard reset you can YouTube how to do it and if not unhook the battery cables and do a hard reset like that but putting the terminals together with a jumper wire for 5 minutes

I did call Fords 1-800 number for SYNC assistance they suggested a hard reset, which I did and I find it interesting that when I did the rest my radio channels stayed locked in. Oner would think a factory reset would zero out the resets. Oh and the navigation is still missing.

Did you wait till the update was totally installed and confirmed installed and complete?

You might have to go to the dealer and have the apim programmed and make sure nav is selected... It takes about an hour to program this

I went to the dealer and it took 2-3 hours for them to do a complete update on the system. evidently when I updated SYNC it took half of the upload. All is good now.

At the end you're supposed to send a file back. Did it prompt you to do this when you updated it?
