2011 FX4 Screw. 5 months and 3,500 miles. Not a single issue and the ride has been smooth as silk from day one. Couldn't be happier. Not my first Ford nor will it be my last. My first was a 1960 F100 Custom Cab in 1973. Most recent before now was a 1999 F150 4x4 Off-Road, 12-year old traded in for this one. Never an issue with it either.

My FX4 is a later model year, which as such is more the norm for me.

Let me assist you a little here.

I think that you will find that MOST here have not had any shudders, shutters, or stutters with their trucks! There was another similar survey done last year, and those who responded that their A/T had no issues or problems, was overwhelming with the no problem response!

I now have nearly 40,000 miles on my '09, and it has run flawlessly since day one; and in multiple environments on and off road!!

Oh, I did have one problem--the tension spring on the gas tank door broke and I had to have it replaced (under warranty) about 18 months ago.

My 2011 eco was one of the first ones to hit my dealer. The only problem at all that I have had is the two piece drive line famous clunk at take off. The service mgr is a good friend of mine and I talked him into a brand new drive line and it has been as smooth as it can be since. As a matter of fact my 2012 will be here in a week and I am kind of wondering if I am doing the right thing. Wish me luck on the trade.

In two weeks I will have had my 11 King Ranch Eco for a year and have not had one single issue with it! Only time it has been serviced is for oil changes.

2011 5.0 XLT 4x4 6 speed Born Feb, 2011. Purchased 6/19/2011. Second day of ownership drove from Midwest to FLA. Now have 19,000 miles. Not a gripe, except SYNC wacks out on occasion.
What ATX55 said ^^^ .

I'm not sure. I have vibrations, but the tech just tells me its the road. I might be losing my mind.
