So where are all the white 2009-2014 trucks?

First congrats. Great looking ride!
You scored twice with that one. Low miles was big score and the fact you found one with a 5.0 is pretty rare. A perfect truck in my opinion.
You'll get used to those running boards. A lot of our trucks look better without them, so you've got the best of both worlds. They do require maintenance to keep them from acting up.
Lube for sure. I didn't look to see where you live but if you're in a snowy section part of the year... Extra care with getting any ice build up off of them, will definitely prolong their trouble free life.

The pecan interior is amazing. I've always loved the brown on the overland jeeps so this is perfect.
as far as .maintenance and lube, are there any zergs for lube or how does that work. I live between Montana, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Running Boards will be frozen down probably half of the year. Is there a way to shut them off or disable them temporarily so I don't burn out the motors when they are frozen?

yes, everyone asks if it's the 3.5 ecoboost haha. I'm very happy with a 5.0 in a 2014. Tune and I'll be perfect.

I live in Ma. So there's plenty of salt and sand during the winter months.
Not being able to grease anything hasn't been an issue on any of the 3 f150's I've had so far.
As far as the running boards go, maybe another member can chime in and give their opinion about disabling the running boards.
I'm sure they can be unplugged, and then keep the connections covered.
Maybe they have a dedicated fuse or relay.. I don't know.
I'm an Fx4 owner, so no power running for me... I would like them tho.

In the dash there is are 3 options: manually put them out, turn off and auto.
Never had any issues in the winter, but melting agents aren't used here very much. They do slow down a little in sub zero weather.
I pressure wash and lube mine once a year and they work perfectly.
