change the wheels!!!!!! add a set of factory aluminum wheels like some 18 or 20's and a set of stock looking fender flares from ebay. With the black bumpers and grille your truck has (assuming that's yours in your avatar pic) a lower accent color won't look right, and if you do black it will still look like a base model, just with black lower panels.
But the black bumpers with a set of flares and some better looking wheels will set your truck off pretty good and make it look less plain.
